Thank you — this is the Alpha version of CHA health, a consumer medical bill audit tool to help make sure consumers are not overpaying for their healthcare. Please share feedback. We want to make CHA health as useful as possible.

Audit a medical bill in 60 seconds

No account, no email — just upload a bill and we'll find errors and overcharges. We remove all personal details the moment your audit is ready.

  • No account, no email
  • PII removed at audit completion
  • Audit link expires in 24 hours

You're about to share a real medical bill with CHA health. Here's exactly what happens:

  • What we look at

The bill you upload (and any insurance info printed on it).

  • What we do with it

We read the charges, codes, and amounts to find billing errors and overcharges.

  • Resolution guidance for you to use

We generate resolution guidance (phone scripts, email templates) so you can act on what we find. These are yours — you copy or download them for your personal use.

  • No account needed

We don't ask for your name, email, or phone number to run this audit.

  • Personal details come off the moment your audit is ready

As soon as we finish your audit, our system automatically removes personal details (name, date of birth, address, member ID, account numbers) from your file. Nothing personal stays.

  • We keep the de-identified bill to make CHA better

Once personal details are removed, we keep the bill data — codes, charges, amounts — to improve our audit system. We never share or sell it. We keep it until you ask us to delete it, or until CHA stops using it for product improvement — whichever comes first.

  • Your audit link is your only key

Your audit report is accessible only at the unique link we generate for you. The link expires in 24 hours and there is no way for us — or anyone else — to recover access after expiry. Save it, bookmark it, or create a free account to keep it.

You can revoke this consent at any time, in writing — by email or in the app. Once you revoke, we stop using your data going forward, but we can't undo uses that already happened (45 CFR §164.508(c)(2)(i)(B)). See our Privacy Policy for how to revoke, and for the full legal version of this notice.
